Unique Timber Buildings are very conscientious of the impact that business may have on our environment today.

The superior quality timber we use to construct our buildings is Scandinavian 5th redwood. This is sourced from substainable forests to help protect the environment.

We may also occasionally use carcassing grade redwood or whitewood for 38x50 framing.

All our construction and building methods are designed to produce minimal waste and carbon emissions to help protect the environment. We also endevour to recycle waste where possible.
